Yes, we are more than happy to ship orders via the BFPO mail system.
When placing your order, remember to use your BFPO Postcode in the delivery address to ensure we can connect it to the BFPO mail system as quickly as possible. You can look up your BFPO location postcode here if you are unsure.
Please complete the delivery address as below;

Please be aware that due to the nature of the BFPO, certain items we sell may be restricted or prohibited for delivery via the BPFO and ParcelForce networks. Please see here for a full list of prohibited goods. By requesting delivery to a BFPO address you confirm acceptance of the BFPO’s terms of use and confirm the items are accepted for your destination.
VAT Refunds for BFPO addresses
To request a VAT refund for goods delivered to BFPO addresses outside the EC Single Market, please email us once your order has been despatched at hello@simplyhike.co.uk. Don’t forget to include your order number. VAT reclaims must be made within 3 month of supply. Address validation will be based on the current BFPO locations list.
BFPO addresses within the EC Single Market
In order to process VAT reclaim requests for goods delivered to BFPO addresses within the EC Single Market, please provide a ‘certificate of entitlement’ as set out in HMRC Notice 725 section 14, paragraph 14.4 & 14.6. We cannot process VAT reclaims for deliveries within the EC Single Market without this certificate. Please email a PDF of the certificate along with your order number to hello@simplyhike.co.uk. Reclaims must be made within 3 months of supply.
